This article is the documentation of my summer internship project of 2019 at Avail finance, Bangalore.
The Project revolves around increasing the product's accessibility for the Emerging Indian population (Often called Next Billion Users or, NBUs) by implementing methods of micro-interactions and voice-assistance through a process in the existing Consumer App.
This article also discusses the key insights of the user testings and the methods used while ideating before finalizing the prototype for user testing.
